Standard OEM Production Workflow

KMUCUTIE follows a structured B2B production model to ensure consistency.

Step 1 – Sample Review

• Review existing samples or client reference samples
• Confirm structure and swimming action
• Confirm hook specification

Step 2 – Sample Confirmation

#

• Produce customized sample
• Conduct swimming action test
• Saltwater corrosion resistance test (if required)
• Hook pull test
• Retain approved sample for reference

Bulk production will not start without written confirmation.

Step 3 – Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

Before full-scale production:

• A mass-production sample is prepared
• Verified against approved reference
• Confirmed via photo or physical dispatch

Step 4 – Mass Production

• Structured assembly process
• In-process quality checks
• Packaging preparation

Step 5 – Final Inspection & Shipment

• Visual inspection
• Hook inspection
• Swimming balance verification (random sampling)
• Carton marking and export packing

Shipment arranged under agreed trade terms (EXW / FOB / etc.)
